APIA Plant Royalty Scheme

APIA develop and provide world class varieties for growers in Australia.

In order to maintain and to continually improve available selections APIA demand a royalty for theses plant varieties.

APIA varieties are available from APIA licensed nurseries. However these plants will only be released to growers once APIA have received the correct royalty payment.

The plant orders are made direct to the nursery of your choice but order forms and royalty payments are to be forwarded to the Executive Officer. For help with ordering download the "How to Order" sheet below to assist you in correctly filling in the forms required for ordering APIA varieties. The forms required are below. Contact the Executive Officer if you have any difficulty.

Orders cannot be sent outside Australia at present.

PLEASE NOTE:
ALL CHEQUE PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE TO "AUSTRALIAN PASSIONFRUIT INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION" NOT APIA NOR ANY OTHER ABBREVIATIONS. IT MUST BE WRITTEN OUT IN FULL.
Using APIA will result in the cheque being rejected by our bank and it being returned to you. This is because there are other organisations with the same acronym in Australia.
